Ber.VIII, 7, v. אָכַל. Snh.VI, 6, v. אָכַל. Num. R. s. 14 (ref. to Ps. 108:10) מה הבשר מִתְעַכֵּל בסיר כך נִתְעַכְּלוּ שם as flesh is consumed (boiled to a pulp) in the pot, so they (Davids family) were consumed there (in Moab; v. Yalk. Sam. 147; Tanḥ., ed. Bub., Vayera 2 5).
